"This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in years. The air conditioning is fixed, and no matter how much we tried to make it colder it would revert to the setting they had it on. Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. In short, I had a horrible night, couldn’t sleep because of the heat, and there’s no front desk to file a complaint with. And finally, checking in is another problem. If...

"We got on Expedia and were able to get a room in an hour of our stay. When we arrived they had written our name on the key exchange and had chocolates on our pillow with a very nice note from management. Our room was clean and tidy! The entire hotel was quiet and very clean. We were very pleased with our short stay! A great in between stop from Owensboro KY to Wilmington NC."

"Upon first entering the room, it appears neat and well maintained. Let's start with the bed. The duvet was horrible. Dingy, with very obvious lumps of the filling. I have photos. Time to remove that one from the rotation! The nightstand needed to be dusted. I drew a line in it and took a photo. As expected, we did have a coffee maker, but no coffee. Now, I get the minimal amenities in the room because we could always go out to the restaurants and Casino. Got it! For the price though...I expect...

"Stopping through boone and stayed for one night! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was awesome. I would definitely stay again when I need to take a pause while en route."

"We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."
