"Checked in, was not shown how to get to room, last room of the 3 buildings, construction cranes outside the windows. Elderly mother couldn't walk around there, roaches in room, no cold water, shower falling apart, nothing like the photos or the room I reserved. Remotes did not work. Was told to go to maintenance for batteries.. never found them. Carpets so dirty, your feet were black .
They refused to move us unless we paid for an upgrade
After 3 days of arguing with them, we had too check out, could not take it anymore. They refused to refund the 2 days we had left, refused to do anything to try and make it right. Ignored us, will never return to Compass cove..."
