"bad managment and rude he or she both elevators stop working and you have to take the stairs with all my luggage and the stairs got to go frome 3 differents case to get the floor level where my room at and they have no body to help us was only me and my 9 years old daughter and I'm person with heart failyer I can't take the stairs so we spend our first day at the loby trying to figure out the situation with out any appologize or any professional hosting they were rude and mean but I'm stock and my resevation non refundable beside the charged me hotel fee but my under standing I paid expedia totle everythings includes that ?"

" I’m not usually be one to leave bad reviews but this was just an “okay stay” due to house keeping. After the second day of having our house keeping sign up, no one ever came to clean/ give clean towels, and I had to go to the front office to get fresh towels and I had to take out our own trash. This is after we saw them in the hall way cleaning the room next to us. I did call down after we got back up (2hours later) and yeah, no one came. I was pretty upset about that and the staff up front didn’t seem to be bothered so I’m guessing it happens more than usual. Probably will stay somewhere else like the Hilton next time that’s right down the street. "

"The bathroom was soooo small…. Not much of a counter at all."

"I was in the deluxe suite the door didn’t lock and we had to literally push so hard to open it. The last night we stayed we were locked out our room because I guess the door was dead. So we had to wait for maintenance to come fix it I will say they came pretty fast. All around staff was super nice and efficient. Even tho the door was broke and the room had a funky smell I might book there again. "

"When we arrived and checked in I was told the ocean front room we reserved and paid for was unavailable and was given a partial ocean view room with a small kitchenette. Not what I wanted since we were only there a few days. The room we had was a connecting room that had no insulation from the door, could hear everything from loud music, t.v's, talking.... at one point someone tried opening our door late at night. I should have went back down and insisted on another room but after a long travel day we were beat. On the last day we were told that people own and rent out the rooms ( some like apartments). I did not realize that this was not a true resort/hotel and would not have choose this. Very disappointed."

"Loved it! Beautiful hotel with a ton of great amenities. The property was clean and well maintained. Lots of good food and drink options on site and easy beach access. Good location - it’s tucked back but close enough to get to a couple of coffee shops, restaurants, etc on bikes. Would gladly stay again!"

"Property was beautiful and well kept, like other sheraton properties I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and it felt safe and clean. The only issues I had, was the spectrum service in my room. It didn't work and the walls were very thin. I could hear the man coughing all night in the roommate to mine and could hear a dog barking in the middle of the night. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay"

"The pool was enjoyable. Did not like that you had to rent beach chairs for $18 single chair-$46(double beach chairs and umbrella) every day! At check-in you pay extra for resort amenities so I was confused when I had to pay extra to relax on Hilton’s beach property. "
