"Beautiful hotel, renovated, classy. Great restaurant in hotel, very convenient location. In the middle of historic Charleston. Beds were very comfortable. Room had 2 small bathrooms, no microwave. Only reason I gave it 4 stars."

"Entire stay was 5 stars except for checkout at the end. Orville at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful which is a shame because all of the other staff were exceptional and I loved everything about the resort. The aesthetic, the amenities, the beach access and the pools were wonderful. The food was top tier and I was very impressed with all of the restaurants. Sadly, the outdoor fireplaces weren’t working but we enjoyed the fire pits, hot tub and turtle feeding. We also rented bikes and beach chairs which was a breeze. Highly recommend this property and aside from one individual everything else was excellent. "

"Birthday weekend for my daughter went just as we planned. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the view was incredible. The employees were kind and welcoming. The pools, lazy river and bar were wonderful. We will certainly be back."

"Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Smaller balcony was not the greatest. No hot breakfast but did have coffee and grab and go snacks. There was no parking available in the late hrs of the night, not having parking was inconvenient as a paying customer. The beach access was perfect! Areas to clean off the sand. Over all a decent stay, pool was meant for kids and the hot tub could only hold 3 people maybe. Worth the weekend stay. Family friendly. surrounded by restaurants and the pier was nice! "
