"Room was very clean. Pool area was clean and kept tidy. Some of the staff was friendly but a lot of the staff was borderline rude. I would say most of the staff was rude. The beach was a decent walk from the room but not terrible. All things considered we’ve stayed here and sunset vistas and would choose sunset vistas hands down."

"All rooms here have balconies with a gulf view. We loved that! The pool was not crowded and loungers were always available (though our visit was the second week after Easter, which is a less busy time). Our room was spacious and well maintained and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is the tile floors throughout started out dirty and just got dirtier throughout the week (mostly due to sand coming off the beach). "This was our 3rd or 4th time at Sunset Vistas. Sadly, it will be our last time. These rooms are "dated" to put it mildly. Mold around the bathtubs. We told the front desk person. She just shrugged and said, "The rooms are scheduled for an update." They wouldn't clean up the mold nor would they change our room. Not enough room around the pool... very congested. Drinks are waaaayyyy too expensive at their bar. In short, there are better options than Sunset Vistas."

"Although they are going through a renovation I feel they probably should’ve closed during the painting. Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key "

"This was an unreal location. Right on the beach. Super clean. Amazing owners. Perfect swimming at the ocean. Ghe pool waa amazing ti have. Surrounded by the best restaurants(highly recommend crabby bills) my kids loved it. We would definitely come back to this location. We had the 1 bedroom. My kids slept on the sofa bed and husband and i slept in the room. Air conditioning in main area and and in bedroom. Stove microwave. Fridge. You wont be disappointed "

"Perfect spot for beach access. Rooms are old, not worth money, staff is friendly. King handicap access was one of the worst in the location by the elevator, heard every conversation and it was just too loud. Will not return."

"We had a wonderful weekend beach trip, and the Bayside Inn & Marina was the perfect place to stay! The room was adorable and ideal for the weekend. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend! The inns location and parking were perfect, we were at the beach within minutes! This is such a gem, and we will definitely be back to enjoy more of the Florida sun and stay again!"
