"My room wasn't ready at 4p waited 40mins or more. The woman at the desk didn't informed me that my room was ready. I over heard her telling someone else that she had a room available for her when she came in 40min after me. I waited 5 min to see if she was going to call me to the desk for my room. Unfortunately she didn't... I checked out the next morning around: 9:45am - 10:00am I over heard the same woman letting the man in front of me know about the breakfast when he checked out. Again...

"The staff was welcoming from the time my sister and I checked in. Our flight arrived early, and check in isn’t till 4 pm. We got to the hotel before 3 pm that afternoon, but the gentleman at the front desk still checked us in. I forgot his name. "The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc."

"Beautiful facility, extremely safe. Just disappointed there wasn't an airport or university shuttle, no room service and ac didn't work well. But would definitely stay again. Just have to plan better for transportation and food."
