"The rooms were somewhat clean. The beds were comfortable. The place needs some TLC. Their breakfast was delicious! The location was everything. They do not have a resort fee which was great. The front desk staff was never visible and were not helpful when I needed assistance. Make sure you count your breakfast vouchers at check in because if you get the wrong amount they won’t print more for you and you will end up paying for breakfast. There is no manager on duty. "I didn’t even know there was breakfast, the parking lot was spacious and it felt safe enough to leave the car for my 4 day stay while traveling in Las Vegas, the room was clean but the halls ways smelt like straight tobacco, but it was also very secure you could not enter the hall ways to the room with out key card access so I felt safe. "The room had holes in the wall and the tv didn’t work the door had been kicked in and they tried to fix it. Crackheads walking around asking us to get them rooms. I only stayed one night and I will never stay there again."

"When we first arrived we were reserved for tower 3. I called ahead of time to let them know we would be a late check in. When we got to tower 3 for check-in at 1030pm, there was a sign saying tower 3 check-in is closed go to tower 2. This would have been more helpful if we knew this ahead of time, when I called earlier about the late checm-in. I know this could be a issue for someone who has a hard time walking.
