"Clean rooms with high quality finishes and amazing views! We had a corner room on the 11th floor (no balcony) and the view was amazing. The street is bustling in the morning with coffee shops and at night with bars. Tons of amazing food nearby. We loved the open air cafe and beautiful sitting area in the lobby. More of a walk to the subway, but manageable, and just a quick ride to La Guardia. Quick walk to Williamsburg bridge. Check-in and room access was all digital but the lobby was also...

"This was our fourth stay at what has become our home in NYC.. never disappoints.. from the friendly staff (who seem to be there year after year like Marek) to the amazing room service to the unbearable location. This is the only place to stay in NYC for those who want to avoid the horrible tourist trap of Times Sq and who want an authentic friendly experience. "

"Lovely quiet room and super comfortable bed. Spacious with lovely bathroom and toiletries. Well located with subway around the corner and lots of good restaurants nearby. Basement restaurant Delano was superb for our first night - really good food and vibes. Coffee available on tap in the morning from self service in the bar which was ok. Coffee shop always really busy so didn’t use. Only had wine included in the ‘resort charge’ once. Not worth bothering with. "

"The staff were very friendly when I checked in and throughout my entire stay! The valet was convenient, much easier than trying to find parking elsewhere. There was no in-and-out for the valet while I was there, but it’s the city, a million things are in walking distance; so, if you don’t mind that, it really is wonderful place to stay. I’ve stayed in 4 hotels in the past two months in NY, and this one was actually my favorite! It was extremely clean as well, absolutely no problems with...

"The hotel should not book rooms on lower floors on weekends. The lobby turns into a nightclub and the 5th floor is so loud you cannot sleep. "
