"We booked this hotel at the last minute and very happy indeed. Everything was what it should be. Clean, comfortable, everything worked. Staff were great and included breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect for us. Thoroughly recommended. "

"Clean room and private shower is what we selected. Two floors no elevator. There is a Bistro and Bar below the hotel. Andrew was friendly and helpful assisting us with our luggage to our room. Excellent Bistro menu and bar service. We had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries and it was the best I ever had. We recommend the PC sandwich. I even complimented the chef loudly in the Bistro. "

Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."

"This is a stylish hotel close to the Victoria Cross metro station. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Coles grocery was nearby and a number of restaurants and bars. There is a bar fridge, but no microwave. The lighting in the bathroom isn't great and there's no plug. I did my makeup and hair outside the bathroom. The carpets were a little dusty, but otherwise it was super clean. I didn't use the gym or eat in the in-house restaurant."

"What a treat after long travel overseas! I was delighted they let me freshen up in the spa while my room was being readied. Vini gave me excellent directions to walk around. Location is quiet but walkable to everything. Service is top notch, room comfy. Would love to stay here again. "

"Nice hotel, clean, good sized rooms. Only downside was the elevators - 2 of 3 were not functioning so wait times were too long (would make more sense to service one at a time). "
