"Wonderful hotel"

"It was awful. They gave us a room that was already occupied and then the front desk lady didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. We were told to wait and then everyone went through the line and she still didn’t seem like she wanted to help. I had to ask her if she was even going to help us. We literally walked into a room that they assigned to us and it was occupied then had to wait over 30 minutes to get help."

"The shower had quite a bit of mold on the shower tracks, while the rest of the shower, bathroom, as well as the bedroom were in good shape. I found the staff to be friendly, as well as very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this location once again."

"Staff was great! Dining area for breakfast was very small! It looks hard for staff to move about the tight space to refill food and clean the counters. Very quiet throughout the building, just occasional noise from ppl going into their room. Rooms were clean but the Carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced with Tile Flooring throughout! It made the room look bad. Bathroom was nice and clean and bright! Luggage cart was extremely difficult to maneuver with and without luggage on...

"It was my son’s birthday and they made it absolutely special there!"

"I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here."

"On arrival the front desk staff were short and rude. when we went to pool there were no towels we asked front desk 3 times and they said towels were there. 4th time said a girl was on her way with them and never showed up. They couldn’t have been more rude. There was blood on pool deck not cleaned up for entire stay. There was fake nail sitting on pool deck as well. Water fountain was rusted. Staff told us to use water fountain to fill bottles instead of offering the water in restaurant, which...

"The property is very conveniently located with a shopping center and restaurants nearby- also a movie theater. It was a perfect place to stay for a quick weekend event."

"I pay for Parking & Breakfast Hotel administration don't know about it. They collect security deposit $50 still I did not received my deposit $50."
