"Nice, newer hotel conveniently located directly off Highway 30. Easy access to downtown Valparaiso. I especially liked the floor was NOT carpet. Quibble - windows do not open. Breakfast was good. "Tina" at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."

"First time staying at a Spark hotel. I was very disappointed with Hilton. Our “clean” bathroom had a dirty wet hand towel in the shower. In the morning the front desk guy DC as he said was his name was very rude. We got to breakfast 1.5 before ending time and there was no milk, cream cheese or cups and bowls. "The property was understaffed the weekend we stayed, so fresh towels, toilet paper, paper cups in room, etc., depended on our making a trip to the front desk to get them ourselves. Not what I'm accustomed to at $465 for two nights."

"The elevator was broken, and the fitness room was not open during the stated hours, so I had to track down an employee to let me in. Once I was let in, the water fountain was also broken in the fitness room and there were no cleaning supplies or wipes for the equipment.
