"Location is great! Just a couple of blocks from Temple Square. Tons of restaurants nearby, but most are pricey. Room wasn't the biggest but it was nice. The hotel could use a little TLC. The floor we were on had peeling wallpaper and baseboards. The biggest knock about this place is the parking. You can park yourself for $35 per night, or valet for $45. Made the mistake of grabbing a coffee on my way out from the Market downstairs. $5 for a self-serve paper cup. Next time I'll skip that and head...

"The fixtures in the rooms were very beautiful. I don’t think the hotel is all it’s hyped up to be. The staff definitely could’ve been a little more engaging and friendly. The staff member that was at the front desk did not smile ever"

"Room was clean; breakfast was average; We had to request that our room be serviced, and it wasn't (so we just requested clean towels). Good location for walking to tourist areas in downtown SLC; parking garage was a nice plus."

The second floor ladies room and the 1st floor gentleman’s room were absolutely fantastic! The staff were the best and most helpful and knowledgeable. We all wanted to become members! "Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food. Location is prime for events at Delta Center or Salt Palace convention center. Free Starbucks coffee in the morning was very appreciated along with the ice cold water. Lobby restrooms were not air conditioned nor were room hallways. This might be the norm for Utah, I don’t know. Rooms are well air conditioned and easy to control. Room#1101 - Updates needed in the bathroom and showers.
