"My daughters and I stayed here over a competition weekend. Front desk staff was very nice, but not the most responsive. The bedding in our room seemed clean on appearance, but smelled of cigarette smoke. My daughter and her friends swam in the indoor pool and a day or so after we got home several of the girls ended up at the doctor with eye and ear infections. Hotel wasn’t up to what we would typically expect from a Courtyard"

"Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel. Check in was easy. Stayed in king size bed room, with couch sofa. It was nice, didn’t use the sofa, but the room size was good for 2 ppl. Maybe it would be alittle crowded with more. Their beds are really comfortable. And showers have great pressure. The toilet acted up on our second day, but smone came out and took care of it right away. The only con I’d give is for their buffet breakfast they offer 3 different kinds of bacon products. It...

"My child found a dirty old pacifier in the room from the prior guest and put it in her mouth. She doesn't use pacifiers, not to mention how unsanitary. Also, the wifi did not work for us the whole time we were there."

"I didn’t expect the pool to be closed in May, but it was a closed for the season. The breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and responsive staff. The hotel staff were nice and responsive. No trouble getting extra linens, blankets or towels. I was by the exit door that slammed quite a bit. Otherwise it was a quiet place to stay for a few days. "Property is looking run down, does not look like the pictures on website, we were put in the wrong room at first, the room we reserved was filthy and smelled like urine, so they moved us to a third room, in which I had to make some minor repairs to the toilet seat which was very loose, and a towel rack which fell off on one side, soap dispenser fell off on first use.
