"they have waters behind the entry desk they tell you can come and ask if wanted, then when you ask they tell you only for when you check in. I took several rooms for family, water limit is very petty...don't offer it at all. Have to chase them to get room cleaned and fresh towels, change bedding every 3 days, they say, I didn't even see that happen Offers breakfast with omelet station, had it for 2 days then the station disappeared w/o any explanation."

"I really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here at least six times in the last six years. It’s not the most welcoming of hotels on the facade, but it’s modern, clean, orderly, and they do their best to maintain it despite being right there on the unforgiving salt water. "The room was very clean but I think that this place is fairly new construction. I just had to clean the filters of the A/C ventilation system at the sink and then spray them down with Lysol as they were a little dusty. This should be done routinely by the housekeeping staff as part of their cleaning duties. My wife also suggested the bathroom shower should have handle bars as the shower floor became slippery after it got wet. Someone could slip and fall. The staff were very friendly,...

"Wonderful hotel. The staff was so helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Love that there was no carpet. The only thing I didn’t love was the coffee. Not terrible, but could have been stronger. I would absolutely recommend this place."

"The bathrooms were ok However I found someone else's hair on the shower wall that was not mine or my husband's. I brought towels with me for the trip, One of them happen to be white. I had it in my bag. The housekeeper took my towel out of my bag thinking it belongs to the hotel. If she looked at it CLEARLY, it didn't. My thoughts is don't go through people's belongings. I wouldn't take towels from a hotel and Im sure there are people who do"

"The hotel is nice clean and the beds were comfortable. Had issues with the thermostat but we fixed it. The breakfast buffet is good. Waffles eggs bacon sausage bagels biscuits and more. Coffee offered all day and delicious. We will stay again."
