"The view from our room was stunning. This is the cleanest hotel I have been to in Houston area. I am so impressed by the efforts put in to keep this facility so clean. The downside was having to go from 28th floor to the lobby to use the microwave oven. One on each floor could make a whole lot of difference. Above all, we had an excellent time in this hotel."

"Booked wrong airport Hobby instead of Bush. Contacted within 5mins of booking after realising my error. It was close to midnight when I booked after a flight delays and missed connections. They denied the cancellation. I tried again but they did not budge. Terrible long term business vision."

"Great Hotel! Good experience. The only downfall was the front desk hostess. The hostess' were very flat attitude and not very helpful. They did not seem happy to be working. Definitely affected my overall experience."
