"Very spacious and luxurious"

"Clean modern and stylish, everything in the room you would need. There was building work going on next door to the hotel, so unfortunately noisy and it may have been better for the staff to mention. Check in staff were lovely but the cafe and bar staff were not warm, welcoming or participating friendly, a smile helps a long way to give a better experience in a customer facing role. "

"We arrived in Dublin for my birthday. The next day while going to a birthday dinner, we were robbed by immigrants in Dublin. They stole my phone and my wallet. I had to make calls to cancel everything. It completely ruined our trip there we were with no money. and no credit cards the night manager was so kind. He ordered a pizza and gave us €20 until I could get some wired money they went way beyond the call of duty. I’d like to add that the drinks were fabulous and the dinners on the menu were...

"Unbelievable location right in the heart of Dublin. Very quiet and spacious room. Actually cancelled another hotel for the last part of our trip to stay here again. Good bar and restaurant with full breakfast. "

"Very clean and contemporary. Rooms are very small. Was difficult to navigate if you’re a person with mobility issues. Lounge made excellent cocktails and all staff were very accommodating"

"Hotel staff was overly kind and accommodating. I would recommend staying here with children, as they provided a crib. The elevator was broken every afternoon, and there were additional steps from the elevator to our room, so not stroller or ada friendly. "

Located in the heart of downtown where a lot of bars and pubs are and the noise at night was pretty loud. I could hear it past midnight through the hotel room walls and windows. Ear plugs did not help. Other than that it was a nice day and if you’re into partying, it’s a great spot for you!"

"Wonderfully located, with a Tesco right next door and two train stations, bus stops, meeting points, and the Temple Bar area all within a 10-minute walk. The room was clean, sunny, and quiet, and having a fridge was a nice bonus. Both the staff and fellow guests were genuinely friendly. Felt safe throughout the stay.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"
