"The facility has 2 OTTIS Elevators. One has been out of service for a couple of weeks per manager on site. It was a nightmare getting up to the 6th floor and back down to the main level. wait time depending on time of the day was from 6 minutes to 14 minutes to get an elevator. And when you got on it was very crowed because people were getting on at any point and going up then back down or vice vers just to have a spot in the elevator. I went with 3 other friends to a Hilary Duff concert in town and all of the other guests that stayed were there for the concert as well so when we arrived for breakfast they were playing her music which was such a cute little touch to our stay! The breakfast they served was too knotch and it was just as cozy and unique in the dining area as the guest house...
