"The staff was helpful but the situation with the third party valet service was confusing and unclear. Room was nice, but there were loose fixtures, bulbs that were dead, and the fridge only runs for 2 hours at a time meaning drinks were warm by morning. Breakfast options are only okay and prices are high considering YNt entire menu is just different ways of preparing egg. Hotel was convenient for anyone going to a TD Garden event but overall it was a mixed bag."

"We loved our one-night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We had a beautiful park-facing king room on a high floor. The staff was very kind and responsive. The gym is great --- well-equipped and well-maintained. Location could not be better if you plan to explore Boston by foot or the T."

"We visited on June 10-11 2026. The room rates were very high, there was a worldwide soccer event within two days. The air vents in the room bathrooms were full of fuzz. There was considerable construction on the property, it was nearly impossible to access the valet parking. The staff members were very personable. Not sure that we would re-book, based on the pricing."
