"The hotel is new and rooms are spacious. The front desk staff and especially the manager were not helpful nor professional. When we checked in we asked for the room to be clean like any full service hotel--this was forgotten and we had to remind the staff twice. The manager is not welcoming or hospitable does not openly greet the customers or engage in any way that is professional."

"We made reservations way in advance. Our flight was delayed. I called and told them that. When i got there they had overbooked. They gave us a room on the first floor with and alley view and a musty smell. I woke up all stuffed and could barely breathe. They gave us a new room. They said they checked the toom 1115 to see if there was a problem. They claimed there was none. I asked why after I called they didn't hold our room. They said the only assign rooms when you check in. Ive never heard...

"It might’ve been a small detail, but the headboard to the bed was loose which made it swing back and forth at the smallest of movements. So imagine hearing the headboard hitting the wall and then the bed frame all night at even the slightest movement. Also, we found the draining of the sink to be non-existent. It wasn’t able to handle us brushing our teeth and we had to really limit the amount of water as well as spit out the fluoride in increments to try to prevent the sink from flooding. The...

"Everything is nicely maintained and installations look modern and kept very clean. Nice for someone needing a convenient place to shower and sleep and go to your meeting . Rooms however are small. the counters are narrow including that of the bathroom sink. Toilet is very small perfect for short people. Rooms feel cramped if you want to hang out in it. Lobby is very nice looking but lounge couches are there for looks more than for comfort."

"Great location and clean well furnished rooms. I prefer rooms with a more updated clean look which this has. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient to all bus stops, and food locations. Bakery and pizza place across Dahlia Bakery and Serious Pie was good food and ate there twice."
