"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Very well maintained property. The staff was attentive and helpful with all questions. It is easy to walk to the waterfront from this location for a stroll or enjoy an appetizer and beverage with friends and family. The rooms are well stocked with all you need to make and eat in and even have family in to share with you."

"The breakfast was delicious with foods varying day to day. The breakfast staff Rosa and Gustavo ensured it was clean and well equipped. There is no self-parking. To park, you must pay valet. We had difficulty using our key card to access the pool and needed assistance. The scale in the weight room did not work. Hotel was easy to commute to from the bus station and near by to attractions like the water taxi and aquarium. The hotel offered room maintenance every other day which is understandable....
