"The stay was excellent - room, amenities restaurants. Servers were good. Housekeeping, conceirge. Front desk can do better. We requested two things from Front Desk and did not receive return calls. First we requested extra note pads for writing for two children ages 4 and 5 - and front desk affirmatively indicated the note pads would ve sent up. They were forgotten totally. "This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The room was clean and spacious. It had a dishwasher, stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Plus all household items you would need such as cups, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans even pot holders. The beds were comfy the bathroom was decent size and it was clean which is important to me. The location is great. We stayed because we were going to a football game so the location was perfect. "This hotel is very close to the Cruise ships, No Breakfast was offered and housekeeping was not offered. Clean towels were given when asked for. Laundry room clean but soad dispenser had a sige, 'see front desk' and we had to go next doors to the grocery store to buy quarters to run the washing machine and dryer. Exercise room was more then ample, will return now knowing its deficiencies and will be better prepared."
