"This inn is a 10 out of 10. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They even upgraded our room to a suite which was incredibly clean and gorgeous. The breakfast is made to order with fresh fruit omelets pancakes. Whatever you think, they'll give you a list and you check off what you want the night before and they'll have it ready for you in the morning and we had it delivered to our room. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Excellent place"

"The location of this hotel is ideal for the Fell Point neighborhood. Staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. We did valet and service was prompt and professional when moving our car. The building is old, sounds travel through the hotel. This is not terrible but guests should expect given the age and design of the floors/rooms. "The hotel was in a very accessible part of downtown Baltimore right near the inner harbor. The room had a surprising number of amenities and was perfect for a short or longer stay with a fully stocked kitchen and cooking facilities. Complimentary breakfast had lots of tasty options every morning and even had iced coffee which was a pleasant surprise."

"Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

"The parking lot was gated and it felt safe. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and and the cook was really good and got all our entrees correct, including a big smile, good morning and delivering the entree to the table. "Management staff was very welcoming and responsive. Shot out to Charles the valet- he was exceptional . Cleaning lady was asked to come back in 10 minutes. She failed to return. Had to request management help to get it cleaned after two days. The other patrons were noisy. Breakfast was challenged - no free coffee after 9am. Room telephone was inoperable- tried to call the front desk to report an incident and only received a busy signal. Room was a bit dark. Lighting needs to be upgraded."
