"The guest host was not welcoming or accommodating after trying to book another night due to flight delays. I had to check into a different hotel even they had availability but they want to charge a higher rate than the night before. I ended up grabbing another hotel same boulevard that was $150 less and much better go figure."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn! It was so nice to find a nice hotel that welcomed dogs of all sizes as well. My golden retriever is a very gentle and well behaved dog but unfortunately it’s hard to find a hotel that allows dogs her size. The Hampton Inn was welcoming and had no issues with her staying with us. A wonderful experience!"

"Our room was good and the staff was great. Unfortunately, there was a hockey tournament on the weekend we stayed and a lot of pre-teens running around and door knocking and being kids. Note to self, call hotel first and ask before booking."

"With a do not disturb sign on the door a someoneknocked on the door multiple times and try to enter. We were inside and the door was locked therefore, he could not enter. An hour or so later, the maintenance man knocks on the door, even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. When no one answered quickly, he attempted to enter the room. Again, we had the lock on the door and he was not able to fully enter. The door did open partially before it hit the lock. We notified the manager."

"Room was clean, plenty of towels and toilet paper for one person. Staff was friendly and happy to assist when my key card stopped working. Breakfast was served hot and on time everyday with a variety of options to pick from. There’s something to eat for everyone. Air conditioning worked in my room and I was always comfortable.
