"The concierges were wonderful and helpful, but many times the doormen were on their phones while we were coming in and out holding bags etc and not really paying attention to the guests as much as they should have. Rooms were clean but on the smaller side, but very skimpy on the body wash. We got a tiny little bottle each day for two of us. I know we could have asked for more but was a bit strange. The amenities were wonderful, especially the complimentary coffee bar and water station. Did someone mention the bed? The bed was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful.
