Handy for tram lines 1 and 9 from Den Haag main railway stations also bus 23 from Van LOI station and 21 bus. Handy for the pier and Kurhaus and amenities. Very helpful gentleman on reception who upgraded my room for free. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Bar was good but expensive-EUR 11 for a pint of beer. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel.
We had the suite for 1 night and everything about it was wonderful! They added a basket with drinks and snacks which was a nice extra touch.
Having a balcony in our room was also a nice plus. Because we already had a lot in the room, we didn’t use any other facilities like the pool or gym.
The hotel was as advertised. Clean and with a helpful staff. All the basics were there. It's a block from the beach, amidst other hotels, and is near many restaurants and the ocean boardwalk.
The views from my room were beautiful. The bath was a wonderful treat. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the short walk to the beach and the trams. I hope to comeback very soon.
Clean, compact room. Super friendly amd helpful staff. Pool and sauna a nice addition. New bathrooms with Rituals products. Close to the tram to the Hague. Perfect location for the Pier/beach.
We enjoyed staying here. Seems the modernization is nearing its end so there is still some work being done but it did not diturb us at all.
The position was superb. In a short walk you are at the beach and near the pier and Kurhaus.
Perfectly situated at the end of the tram lines from central The Hague and a few metres from the beach. Nice clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Only one of two elevators at our end of the hotel working but it wasn’t busy so not a problem.

Liked: Amenities
- We had to switch rooms 3 times: the first room already had other people living in it, the 2.nd room was a double although we specifically requested a twin, the 3rd. Room (120) was filthy (cramped, garbage and dirth behind the beds, broken door to the washroom, non existent view above the roof of some maintaince area;
- after moving 3 times we got a 4th room which was lovely although there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom;
- huge tip: get yourselves a room in the 5-storey building rather than 8-storey part of the hotel (difference is immense including hight of ceilings, size of rooms, furniture, size of windows):
- the breakfast was good (freshly pressed orange juice, smoothies, although fish dishes (hearing or salmon) by the sea were missing for a 4* hotel);
- staff was friendly and cooperative.
Great view from the room. Lovely reception area, great to sit and have a drink or snack in the evening. Very smooth login and great welcoming receptionists.
