"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, as expected. However, our stay was heavily impacted by multiple issues and the lack of on-site support, which made things particularly stressful while traveling with a child. We ended up spending a lot of time communicating with NUMA support via WhatsApp. Although we received a 30% refund, we would not stay here again.

"The apartment was very clean and spacious. All staff we met were extremely courteous and helpful especially Katriana. She went to great lengths to help us with any issues and we so enjoyed her lovely personality and helpful referrals about great places to eat. Even saw her at a restaurant she had recommended to us and she and her daughter stopped to chat with us. Her daughter was extremely personable and a delight to know as well. Thanks for the great stay. "
