The staff are brilliant, special mention to Kenz, Richard, Soya, Yim, Khim and the cleaning maids who all made my birthday feel really special. The breakfast service in the morning was good and set you up for the day ahead. The rooms are lovely, modern, with good WiFi and very comfortable. "We loved our stay at Tunnel Urban Retreat. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We had a group of 6 people in the 3 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our group with quiet rooms. The pool was excellent, an oasis in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the night market, old market, great food. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Siem Reap."
