"We were given a room with broken door handles (Big security risk), no bathing soap and on a lower floor than we booked then promised an upgrade over the phone only for the next day just to go down to the front desk and apparently no one had record of this upgrade while they claimed all the junior suites/ rooms where sold out so we had to remain in that room. The door wasn’t fixed till our last day at the hotel. I was also told i would be compensated with a discount and still nothing. Very...
