"Loved this and will be back again although i did book a balcony room arrived early at 3 and it was not ready but my friends was , no big deal but when we arrived back at 5 it was not ready yet . I opted for a king of the same floor as my friend but it was the same price with no real applogy . A price decrease was requested and they said they couldnt do that . That felt unhelpful and not great customer service but overall we enjoyed our stay "
"I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. As for the room, it was cozy, comfortable and had Diptyque products that I really enjoyed. My only qualm - and it's by no.means the fault of the RC - would be with the neighborhood. "The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. The view from the high rise balcony was amazing. It was extremely comfortable for my husband and I & our 2 teen daughters. We had a comfortable bed & private bedroom. The girls had the option of sleeping on the couches or the 2 folding beds. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc. provided. We enjoyed having the full kitchen & the bigger space than a hotel room. It was great to sit & see & listen to the city in the early mornings...
