"We stayed here specifically for the outdoor dining area. The restaurant and bar were closed. Room was so tight that we had to coordinate the two of us moving around. Glass shower had no door, sink overflowed easily, AC blew warm… could not recommend."

"WiFi connectivity is virtually nonexistent and dead bugs are commonplace. The reception was rude and begrudgingly assisted with an inoperative room key and assigned a room with twin beds as opposed to the king sized bed I requested. When I complained and requested a switch he tried to make excuses to not give me what I asked for but relented after a somewhat lengthy disagreement. The stay was uneventful afterwards but I will be staying elsewhere next time."

"Main issue is the noise. Room next to elevator to be avoided: There was a constant buzzing sound because of it. Rooms not soundproof: could hear people in the adjacent room and the cars starting on the parking lot. Check-in was very slow. Don’t offer a client to take the fidelity card when there is a line of clients waiting to check-in. Such a long process."
