"No Freezer! We were not aware of this before we arrived and we had just bought a tub of icecream to have as dessert. I asked if they had a freezer that we could just store it in for a couple of hours and the male staff member was very rude. "

"Let's just start by saying the hotel was not a 5star hotel. But it's not priced as such. I was very happy with what I got for the $ I paid. I wanted and needed a cheap bed for the night and that's exactly what I got. The rood was basic but clean. Again all I wanted. The staff on the front desk was extremely helpful, again exactly what I needed. The parking was perfect all be it, I found it difficult to work out how to open the gate :-(. That was probably more my fault than anyones. I was very happy with the room I got for the night. A big thank you for the nice girl on the front desk when I checked in!!"

"the room was clean, decent size and the bed was so comfortable. the wardrobe was a really good size the only thing is i wish thete was more then 2 hangers. we couldn’t find a powerpoint by the bed which was a little annoying. good size tv and windows with pretty much black out blinds. the bathroom was awesome, big mirror and HUGE shower. the staff were super lovely and helpful, shout out to the guy who did breakfast. loved breakfast, heaps of options and loved the juice and croissants."

"Bathroom had lots of mould, walls were pretty beaten up, full of dents and scrapes and was not clean, door off the runner, extractor fan filthy, socket dirty. Shelve that held the china was dirty as was the china. No internet password given, no wardrobe or hangers for clothes, no door between kitchen and bedroom, broken Venetian blind letting light in and dirty, holes in curtains, central light in bedroom naked bulb no shade. Traffic noise totally unacceptable, almost nonstop roaring vehicles yards from bedroom window, we were unable to sleep. Someone parked outside the window and left their engine running at 3 am. If we had been staying longer than one night we would have left. An absolutely horrible stay."
