"Overall great hotel, big rooms and quiet at night. Elevators take a second (5-10 mins) if you’re using them during the day, and they’re not the biggest but definitely not a huge problem."

"Outstanding hotel and service... TERRIBLE PARKING SITUATION! You park offsite about a block away in a public garage. Arlo gives you a sticker to "validate" your parking. It says online $40 a day to stay, $55 for in and out privileges. I parked my car for 3 nights, expecting $120 and instead it was $195! The hotel itself is stunning, the best service, clean, high end coffee in the rooms, filtered water filling station in the gym, super clean. But the park was really frustrating."

"The art deco design of the hotel is lovely and the location is perfect for exploring the Loop. But the staff are the reason we will come back! After we checked out we realized that we left food in the refridgerator - leftovers from a restaurant that makes the most amazing mole. I called the hotel and thankfully our room had not yet been cleaned, so the staff kindly held our food at reception until we could come back to pick it up. The also graciously did not make fun of us for being that obsessed with mole."

"Nice hotel. Very expensive in my opinion. Very disappointed stayed here for my birthday weekend. One reason we choose this hotel was for the rooftop bar. However, we weren’t able to go due to an event. They said the next day everything would be back to normal. Which was not true the next day another private event so the whole weekend we couldn’t experience the rooftop. Also, super long lines in hallway due to the events. Took atleast 15-20 to get to the room because we had to stand in line for elevator."
