However, the property does not provide complimentary drinking water bottles. Also, breakfast items such as yogurt cups are not restocked once they run out. If you arrive later in the breakfast hours, some items may no longer be available. "I arrived to the hotel at 11:30 p on a Saturday. I didn’t like being greeted at the elevator by a big black greasy shiny cockroach. When I woke often and on at night I thought about the roach. And it’s been six days since the Hotel has yet to respond. I emailed the manager four times, got Expedia involved, and got the best western customer service involved. "The hotel is pretty old. One day during the breakfast my son requested the milk but the receptionist told him it was finished despite breakfast time was not. Hotel’s amenities description includes the pool but when we asked about it they said that there was no pool at all. We got very disappointed because our hotel choice was based on the inclusion of the pool."
