"This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room...

"The room and bed was clean. Ac was set at 68 when we checked in but was not blowing much air. So not my first hotel stay by a long shot i took the front vent cover off and the filter was plugged solid whit dirt. Removed filter and ac worked alot better. Clearly no one has done spring ac check in awhile. Leaves me wondering what other hidden things are not being checked or cleaned. Breakfast was disgusting. B&G way to much salt and to thick. "I absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. Most hotels at this age/price tend to have some mold around the outside corners of the shower by the bathroom door. None of that here. Everything felt very clean in the room as well as the breakfast area. The sweet woman who worked in the breakfast area was so very kind and helpful! "Great hotel. Rooms were clean, and seemed to be newly updated with new carpet, drapes and curtains. Comfortable beds. Showers had good temp and pressure. The breakfast was very nice with the usual cold offerings like muffins and instant oatmeal, cereal and coffee - and also hot offerings - biscuits and gravy, egg bites, and make your own cute little waffles. Happy to be scheduled to come back again soon!"

"Breakfast was really busy, not much left towards 8:30am. Pool had at least 20 teenagers swimming, not sure where they all came from but it stopped us from swimming. Otherwise everything was clean and great. I love that our room had 3 queen beds. Only hotel ive found like that! Front desk was friendly. Rooms seemed solid and we didnt hear anyone else ever! Blinds kept room dark. Will be back if we decide to visit again!"

"They gave me a dirty room at first I told them about it and they changed it. The room they changed me to had a tick in it that bit me. Thankfully I didn't get anything from the bite. Was told they were going to fill up the pool but didn't till the day I left, almost two weeks later. And when I left I gave my keys to the maintenance guy because there was no one at the check out desk. The maintenance guy said they wouldn't be there till 8am. It was 6am when I left because I had a 8+ hour trip....
