"The rooms were beautiful, clean, and inviting. Having laundry was a bonus. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to be contacted ahead of arrival to check on our needs and to confirm arrival times. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and wanted something unique and special. This fit the bill! I highly recommend and will book again. "

"Rooms were very roomy and complete with a full kitchenette! We stayed for 3 nights with our two small children and will absolutely stay here again! Pool is great for kids AND heated which was a huge surprise!"

"The toilet was broke.the jaccuzi in room wasnt working&the buttons were missing.the plug was peeling&barely holding on.the water in the shower was awful it was scolding hot or ice cold.the paint on the bottom of rhe shower was peeling&the drain was broke.wifi didnt work.the plug in outlets didnt work.the hot tub outside was gross&so was the pool.very disappointed in the stay.the rooms &place is NOTHING like what they advertise on there website."

"Check in was easy. Room was dirty, musty smelling, carpets were nasty, and many of the lamps, electrical outlets, and other room features were in poor condition. Also, the other hotel occupants were of shady character. Definitely not a family hotel! More like a 4 hour stop over for a street pickup. This is a solid two star hotel! Whoever is giving this place more then two stars is completely out of their minds, lying, or use to living in a shack!!!"

"We stayed one night - hoping to surprise our kids the last day of our vacation. We we’re disappointed that most of the water features were closed for construction/ seasonal when we arrived . It would have been nice to have an updated website before we booked it as we were expecting more water features to be open. Also our room linens were stained- and it was obvious. So that put into question how clean other things were. We would not stay here again."
