"Exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. The mall is right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean newly remodeled hotel. Great bed, not too soft, self prepare coffee and fridge in the room. Loved the self pay snack shop by the lobby. Great selection of snacks and drinks. Beautiful pool and would have been a five star rating but we had problems getting someone to put the umbrellas up during the hot afternoons and they need to have a staff person pick up the pool area on a regular basis. I plan on returning when I am next in the Pasadena area."

"One of the best hotel lobbies I have seen- Places to lounge, divided spaces to work, a conference table and two large screen televisions (set on silent) - with the world cup games highlights the weekend I was there; the breakfast was amazing - some of the best chilequiles I have had anywhere! Great location as well walking distance - a few blocks to all the Pasadena Old Town shops and restaurants!"

"My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who...

We had to switch rooms 3 times first room no AC, second room TV wasn’t functioning, third room finally fully functioning but still just like the other rooms…. Very dusty and there were ants…staff is great but hotel owners and higher up management really need to either hire more people or change the way they’re doing things."

"Booked this hotel since it had a pool so my kids could swim. The pool is just a few feet deep and no longer than 7-8 ft long. You couldn’t swim if you wanted to. It’s also right in the middle of the dirty parking lot where a bunch of people were smoking, despite the “No Smoking” signs. We cancelled the reservation immediately upon pulling in and went elsewhere."

"Hotel Managers Kind people. I always feel safe here. Well lit, clean and safe. Great value, great location. Good parking. Just a slight request, it would be great if you would spray just a bit less of the air freshener. That being said, glad you are even adding air freshener. A lot of other hotels of this category don't. Appreciate all that you do to make this a nice hotel."

"I've booked at this location many times. The last 2 times were a little disappointing. Front Desk and customer service is not as professional as it used to be. Made a call before my stay to confirm my reservation - and was transferred to corporate (without my permission) simply because I requested that enough towels be present in the room upon my arrival with my family. Then, upon arriving after a long road trip mind you, our room had a foul odor. It smelled like a moldy old mop. The room...
