Family friendly.......one day, cleaning crew did not leave another bathmat, or washcloths, but we had enough towels anyway, so not a big deal. Next day was updated. "Hair, Stains, Dirt, and major signs of bed bugs! We always check our room out prior to unloading and settling into a room. There was hair between the sheets, stains on the sheets and pillows, also the floor was dirty and behind and under the mattress was awful. The worst part and highly dreaded find was the clear sign of beg bug droppings on the physical mattress. We did not see any bugs but we also had not laid down or attracted them with our heat yet. I have seen bed bug infestations and...
