"I adore Terra Palm Springs. My husband and I spent 3 nights here on our babymoon, and the whole experience was perfect. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff, like Jake & John are always so helpful. I had a wonderful prenatal massage done at the hotel by the kindest masseuse. Can't wait to go back!"

"Been to Palm Springs many times. To even more high end more boutique type venues and actually here we really enjoyed the additional hotel style facilities. Great pool and restaurant for breakfast and lunch, the staff are excellent. Didn’t rate dinner in the restaurant at all - dishes like Beef Wellington and Baked Alaska bear no resemblance to the real thing. But overall we loved it - a great place and base to do other things. One caution - we stayed low season and it worked very well - but...

"this hotel is very poorly run. for one, there is no early check-in so everyone has to wait until 4pm to check in. second, we went as a group and found that many rooms ONLY have hot water and others ONLY cold water. Everyone has to call them to fix the issue. How can a hotel operate with such poor basic pipping? They provide only one small piece of soap for both shower and sink. Few rooms in our group, ACs did not work well. The hotel needs lots of fixing... The hot springs pools were nice so I...
