"BASICALLY WE LIKED THE HOTEL AND CHECK IN ETC (IT'S A BEAUTIFUL BUILDING - QUITE STUNNING REALLY) BUT THERE WERE MINOR ISSUES: THE BATHROOM AFFILIATED WITH THE RESTAURANT WAS OUT OF TOILET PAPER AS WELL AS PAPER TOWELS OUR ROOM AT CHECK IN HAD A TOILET WITH URINE AND TOILET PAPER - UNFLUSHED CLEARLY A LACK OF OVERSIGHT -IN SPITE OF THAT, WE WOUD RETURN - JUST A HEADS UP"

"My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. It was our first time in Baltimore and we picked the hotel bc it was close to the Aquarium. We didn't use all the amenities since we wanted to explore but this was a good choice. The staff were polite and professional, the room was clean and on Friday night, the hotel even hosted a prom on their 7th floor. The bar, cafe and pool always had a steady flow of guests. We included breakfast in our hotel package which saved money. We got complimentary vouchers...

"Good breakfast but the hotel check in was super slow. Not enough help at the desk. Had to wait a long time if you needed anything from the front desk. Then they hassled me to check out all morning of my last day. I had until 11 but they kept asking when I was leaving. Annoying "

"Room was clean and spacious. Well appointed furnishings. Bedding, beds, pillos etc all great. Temperature control was good. Bathroom was OK, tiles in the shower could use an upgrade. Valet parking was expensive, however, there are alternatives options in the vicinity (including decent street parking options (for parking over night). Very convenient acces to CFG arena & close to Camden Yards & M&T also. Overall, it was a good find in Baltimore. Hope to be back sometime."

"Everything was great including the proximity and the price housekeeping was wonderful and there were always fresh towels and a new bottle of water daily. The check-in process was great and the staff were very helpful. The room has anything that you need. My only complaint was the breakfast. :). It was priced well, but not run very well. Just some improvements would be to have a much better beverage station available that was easier to access including water, but the eggs were delicious."
