"Nice facility but not as advertised. Older facility that provided the bare basics. They advertised free breakfast, but no breakfast was available and the complimentary coffee was old. Nice place to simply sleep and get back in the road - nothing fancy. "

"Nice property. Very chill environment. I had the beach view room which was great to wake up to and hear the waves crashing in the middle of the night. Very friendly staff, shout outs to jade for being so kind and sweet. Definitely will be going back in the near future. "

"The room was quaint. The exposed beams and hardwood floors were nice. The bed was comfortable. There was hot water every time we needed it. There was a coffee maker. However, there were a couple of areas that didn't seem clean, such as the shower and the mirror on the door. There was no microwave or mini fridge. There also wasn't a TV. There was no bar soap for the sink or shower.They are fairly inflexible with regard to cancellations and refunds within one week which seems unreasonable. Parking spots weren't clearly marked so some people parked one way and sent the other and it made for a very inefficient parking. Philo and Booneville are cute towns, but there is not much to do."
