I was told repeatedly how I booked through a third party site but I called the hotel and was told there were no rooms available but suddenly when I booked through third...

"The room was exceptionally clean. Bottled water was provided. The front desk reception was warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off twice during our stay. We could not figure out how to find all the flights of steps going down. Many people especially in the morning were in the same situation. A staff member helped us to the service elevator. When we finally made it down to breakfast just a little after 9 there was hardly any food left."
