"Hotel staff is really amazing. Late check out and late check in were managed by hotel staff with ease. Property is clean and well maintained. Convenient location from the airport."

"The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience.
I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. "
