"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

"There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. It was very inconvenient for the time we had arrived, but at the end, the gentleman came through. Overall, I won't stay here again! The rooms were clean, very updated but the location is not cool."

"We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to or on the Jack Markell Bike Trail. This was a good find for us. This hotel is right on Route 13 south which is busy but if you ride south parallel on the sidewalk to a right on Baylor Blvd (about 1/2 mile) the bike trail run’s across Baylor Blvd about 1 mile down Baylor Blvd. Left on the bike trail will take you to downtown New Castle and right goes to Wilmington River Front.
