"I’ve never stayed at a this Newport vacation club before. I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Here is my experience
1. No central air. Weird plastic standing units in each room. Very loud.
2. No maid service. If you need towels they will bring to your room. Maybe this is normal for these type places.
3. One of the two elevators did not work.
4. Sink/garbage disposal was very smelly.
Next time I’m staying at a hotel with full service and a bar/restaurant. This is just not for me."

"My stay at this timeshare, (which I thought I was booking a hotel) would have been better if I hadn't been "bumped' from my room due to a glitch in Expedia's system. Expedia did not tell me it was a time share. The rooms do need an update, especially the AC units which were old and loud. My stay was for 8 days and no room service was provided which I hear is normal for a time share. The room did have a very small space with microwave, sink, 2 burner stovetop and fridge."
