"The person at check in counter was on her cellphone the whole time of check in. Couldn't tell who she was talking to most of the time. She also charged for the room a second time even though it had already been paid for online. Not focused on her job too busy carrying on conversation on the cellphone. "

"Toilet in room 104 runs intermittently. I reported it when we checked in and nothing was done to fix it. I reported again when we checked out."

"We did have breakfast that morning. It was very good as well. Had no problem parking that night. Last-minute decision after a canceled flight that was going to leave till the next morning so we came right in and felt very good about the stay"

"Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. This also was quite surprising and disappointing with...
