"Very rundown and broken. We opened the door to our room and instantly noticed hundreds of bugs dead on the carpet. We layed our sleeping children down on one of the beds and as we pulled the sheets back we found 4-5 live giant beetle type bugs. It was the most disgusting thing. There was hair all over the bathroom. We grabbed our children and left. "

"The initial staff I talked to the guy was fine. Most of the staff were OK except for the lady that I talked to in the end. The manager wasn’t there when I checked out in the afternoon to complain about the mold in the bathroom.to get a refund."

"The hotel is dingy. Makeshift. Noisy at times. It’s as clean as it could be given its condition. However, the employees were very nice and did their best to be accommodating."

"Pool was basically down. The heater was broken. You could swim at your own risk…but waaay too cold to actually swim. No drain stopper in the tub, so had to use a hand towel. Looks a lot better online than in person. Not a terrible experience, but not the best either. 3/5 overall for sure. "

"There was so much noise coming from the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants running around. We were watching tv, so we just tolerated it until 9 pm, when we were ready for bed. We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response....

"Not a typical Holiday Inn. Building old. Doesn't smell the best. It was clean. The big issue is the toilet was SUPER LOW. Like if someone were older and or had knee issues it would be a major issue. I've never seen a toilet so low. "

"Staff were wonderful as we booked the room on the way there while on the road. Rooms were comfortable and had great views of the Arch. The pool and delicious breakfast were so nice and just an added bonus."

"Check in was fine, I had my dog with me, she put us as far away from the entrance, 3 rd floor last room on that floor. So when the dog needed to go out we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and that back stairway was filthy I doubt it has been vacuumed in months, the carpet was black in places. The room had no wash cloths or hand towels only 2 bath towels. They really need to invest in some decent pillows, king bed with pillows about 15x10, tiny pillows. The room was inexpensive but I...
