"Tons of parking. We were able to leave our car there since it is very convenient to the train into the city."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendliest staff members. One young man that was pushing luggage carts around and a lady behind the desk were both extremely nice to us. Check in took two minutes. We were given clear directions on where our room was, how to access the WiFi, and how late the pool was open. Our room was clean and looked recently updated. We asked for a couple extra pillows and were given two brand new pillows and pillow cases. The bed wasn’t horrible, but not the best I’ve ever slept on either. We did go to the pool when we got settled in and it had a really cool indoor/outdoor configuration. My kids loved it. The breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh. Plenty of options including oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and waffles, plus all your standard continental breakfast options. Drury Inn is always a good option when you’re needing a comfortable, clean stay within a budget. This location was no different. 10/10 would stay here again."

"Stay at this hotel started off with this appointment, it was advertised that this hotel had electric vehicle charging but when asked the employees stated no but I could ask the operators of the garage if I could plug it into an outlet if I brought my own charger. After that I went to my room where we attempted to log on to the Wi-Fi only to find a $15 a night charge no water provided in the room only a poor quality reusable water bottle that they charged $15 to use. Other than that the resort was immaculately maintained beautiful and clean but for the price I feel that those things could be included. Finding that there was no charging was quite a hassle i selected this hotel purely because of the charging advertised."

"Everything seemed more like a cheap motel. Room service came in a cardboard box. No one knew how to cast to the TV. All Apps and no service. No cash excepted. The valet did call a cab for us that was helpful everything else seemed sub-par."

"We were here on a "mini moon" after our wedding ceremony. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, there was a light in the room (in the cubby above the coffee machine) that did not seem to have a switch (so it stayed on all night - thank goodness I brought a mask to sleep), and some kind of alarm above the bed that blinked all night. The furnace in the corner made a huge racket, waking me up several times during our 2 night stay, even despite using silicone earplugs. The hallway was super noisy late at night, we were unfortunate enough to be right next to the elevators. We asked for a late checkout and had a "do not disturb" sign on our door, and yet the morning of our check out, housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times between 9 am and 12 pm. It was truly infuriating. Housekeeping also entered our room on our 2nd day there but they barely cleaned. They did not make the bed (simply pulled the sheets over the pillows haphazardly) and the trash was left behind. The bottles of complimentary handwash and shampoo were nearly empty. I cannot believe this is a 4 star hotel, only 1 star less than Four Seasons which is leaps and bounds better. The only redeeming qualities were the coffee shop (Good Press), the art work throughout the hotel, the art gallery, and the front desk staff who were very helpful and kind. Hence why it got 2 stars instead of just 1."

"Dinner was good room was clean but had a wet spot on bed upon arrival. Staff took hpurs before changing our aheets. They dropped off aheets in the room bit didnt want to make the bed. After we said something they finally changed it. But not a good look for the price we paid"
