When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told the clerk needed to call the manager. What? To get some towels (that they took). We were treated like we were thieves. We were told that they hadn’t replaced the towels because we were resting. WTH? We weren’t even in the room all day. No other room service or anything; no bed made, sweeping, nothing. Day...

"If you are looking for an affordable place to rest your head. I recommend this hotel. The customer service was top notch. The breakfast was good and had a good overall selection. Would stay again."

"The rooms were clean and efficient. However, the remodeling was going on a great majority of the hotel and the pool was not in use even though it was advertised. The food was basic but was given a small variety. I would stay again with my family because I believe when it is updated it will be a nice place."

Reasonable drive to the airport. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe and budget friendly hotel. I stayed for 1 week and absolutely had no issues."

"first 2 nights our smoke detector chirped all night and i reported it asap that first morning, i was told it would be looked at, we came back to the hotel and didnt notice anything, but was woken up several times so finally around 4am i went to the desk and told them and was told he would report it but nothing he could do for me. That next morning i asked the front desk guy if anything was said and he said no and wanted to know if i was in the same room still. ( well yeah nobody offered anything...
