"The outside of my hotel room window is very dusty. Could you please arrange to have it cleaned?"

"The hotel is very well located near the Galleria Mall. Breakfast is a standard buffet, but they also have an à la carte menu. You have to pay for parking!"

"Great location for shopping and access to freeways"

"Parking and bell staff were first class"

"Good will be back"

"There was a bit of construction going on but this was overshadowed by the very gracious and helpful staff! The breakfast was laid out like a wedding banquet with both the cook and the hostess doing everything in their power to make sure we had a 10 bell experience. I was incredibly impressed by the highly motivated staff and will use this Crowne Plaza as my hotel whenever i am in Houston in the future!!"
