"Central, clean and well maintained comfortable bed, great for the price, recommended if you want a quick easy and comfortable couple of nights"

"Extremely clean and tidy, staff very helpful. We have rebooked for another stay."

"We loved the place except the tradies working below started making noise around 7am and went through until 4pm could not stay at the property threw the day too long as too much noise. Which was disappointing as it it a fantastic place."

"Check in was easy as was check out. Very friendly staff. Room was well maintained albeit old. Bed was very comfortable. Meals aren’t available at the motel but there are a heap of good eateries nearby, around a two minute walk. Great place to rest up after a long drive from Tenterfield."

"Good stay Club adjacent provider good meals"

"A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa!"

"I stay here because the location to regional and local buses is convenient, and the lake view is beautiful. Bistro and bar below is handy. Biggest complaint is the housekeeping staff was knocking on the door at 8:45 to 9:30 every morning, too early since I didn’t need to leave until 10:00am each day. "Even though the property has recently been renovated it is still fairly "old age". Some parts of the internal layout are not very functional. Good for a short stay."

"The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too."

"Check in process was efficient. Bathroom had bad smell, and there was no hand soap and only tiny shower soap available."

"the laundry was great and very well maintained"
